Local Transport

West Kintyre is blessed with access to ferries to Islay & Gigha, as well as direct road access to the ferries for Arran via Skipness/Claonaig & Ireland via Campbeltown. All these transport options means that West Kintyre is a great place to set up as it is at the centre of so many ports.

West Coast Motors provides an excellent regular local bus service for people working in Mid Argyll, as well as working in partnership with Scottish Citylink to provide services to elsewhere in the County and a direct route to Glasgow.
